Cancellation Policy
POLICIES:
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your nonrefundable deposit or 50% of service cost will be charged.
No Shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service cost or lose nonrefundable deposit and require additional nonrefundable deposit to reschedule.
Chronic last minute cancellations/same day cancellations and rescheduling requests will result in removal of future bookings unless accompanied with nonrefundable deposit.
GIFT CARD POLICIES
Gift cards may be used toward services and deposits. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the gift card amount applied to the appointment.
Appointments canceled with more than 48 hours notice may transfer the deposit or gift card value to a future appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, same day cancellations, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit or gift card value.
If an appointment is canceled and not immediately rescheduled, the deposit or gift card value will remain as a client credit for up to 90 days. Unused credits expire after 90 days.
