Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your nonrefundable deposit or 50% of service cost will be charged.
No Shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service cost or lose nonrefundable deposit and require additional nonrefundable deposit to reschedule.
Chronic last minute cancellations/same day cancellations and rescheduling requests will result in removal of future bookings unless accompanied with nonrefundable deposit.
